The density and warm golden color are indicators of naturalness and quality, as the mass has been able to slowly crystallize and preserve a rich hue.

The Millefiori is always unique because the blend of available flowers changes from place to place and moment to moment! This makes it a food rich in biodiversity and therefore extremely generous.

Delicious with desserts and herbal teas or in yogurt, it pairs well with even aged cheeses. Useful for glazing meats, it adds a touch of elegance and freshness to salads and marinades.
